Easy to attach and use

reasonable visualisation of modes - less light, more light, classic blinking - on/off, fading, blinking - more/less light without turning off.
the socket/holder has a fairly loose neck for swinging sideways and a rigid slot for attaching the light itself.
Although the light had a protective film on the surface, it was delivered in a bag. The light is originally mounted on hard cardboard and nothing else protects it. This means there are small dents and scratches on the plastic.
