Great toothbrush, our six year old daughter loved it right away. It cleans superbly, just like adult sonic toothbrushes, uncompromisingly the best way to clean teeth. I'd try giving the smaller kids a hand first, see if I'm not scared of it. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about, in the package are small and large heads, charger.
