it' s not a lubricant but I used the glue and I adjusted my waist because it somehow started to cut me and finally when I tried it on my hand it' s sticky enough.

Substance of honey-like consistency, the belt slowed it down excellently. Take everything out, wipe off what you can and spray with normal silicone oil from a reputable lubricant manufacturer and you're good to go with the wind. You really don't want this, buy a normal silicone oil spray, for this price you get the really better ones already and in an even bigger package and it works beautifully. Do NOT take this!
