After using this camera extensively, I unfortunately have to say that it has far more disadvantages than advantages. 1. Price First of all, the price is in no way justified considering what the camera offers. The "features" you're paying extra for aren't worth the money. 2. Built-in ring light The ring light is supposed to help with lighting and save space on the desk, but in reality, it's almost useless. The light is very small, so instead of evenly illuminating your face, it looks more like someone is shining a torch at you. Even worse, the light causes noticeable glare directly on the camera's sensor, which creates bright spots in the image and degrades its overall quality. 3. Image quality The image quality is simply a disappointment. The 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second (FPS) is below average in itself these days, but the bigger problem is that the image doesn't even look like true 1080p. In practice, the quality is often closer to 720p or even worse. The image is blurry, lacks sharpness, and is pixelated. I spent a lot of time trying to improve the quality through Windows settings and the Razer Synapse software, but I was never able to achieve the image quality promised in the product description. 4. Microphone The built-in microphone is very poor. It picks up almost everything around you, but at the same time, it struggles to capture your voice clearly and with good quality. These tests were conducted in a normal room, with the camera placed at a standard distance from the monitor and my face. Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this camera. For the same price, you can get much better alternatives from other brands. Don't buy it just because it carries the slogan "For Gamers. By Gamers."

After the second one broke, I asked Alza for a refund because I need something reliable for work, but they didn't oblige and I got a third piece of this rubbish. Now, a month after the two-year warranty expired, that one has broken as well, so I can't claim it. Disappointed with both the product and Alza.

Finally, for the third time, a camera that works really great! The autofocus is awesome and the image quality is great. I wouldn't even know about this brand if a colleague hadn't recommended it to me. Poor white balance - I couldn't figure out how to fix it, no matter how hard I tried, with all sorts of software and settings adjustments, it doesn't work - when the sun is shining, the face is too overexposed. At the same time, when I put my hand in the shot, the software relights my hand and the face is suddenly lit correctly. So it's the camera software. No control and setup software has solved this. But just have the curtain closed and the quality is suddenly great. Definitely worth it compared to other cameras.
The microphone is understandably a bit worse, but that's to be expected. It's not as bad as other cameras.
The glow ring has no use, due to the problem with the over-illuminated face described above.
