I bought this vacuum cleaner 2 months ago, first time I tried it and the plastic where the angle is immediately broke. I toot it to ALZA and they gave me a new one. But the new vacum cleanes was somhow made with even cheaper plastic. I changed it fully over the night then I tried to vacum the carpet on BOOST mode, by specification it should last around 10 minutes, but this one lasts only 30 seconds then it discharge completely. I took it again to ALZA, they gave to the service and after 30 days they said that it was nothing wrong with it. I took it and I tried again. They said they didn’t repair nothing on it but for some reason now on BOOST mode lasts 6 min, which is not as good as it’s supposed to be but ok. Then I tried to vacum, the filter was falling from the vacum with no reason and pouring the dust on the ground. I even made a video with the fault. I send it back to ALZA, after 10 days they returned the device and said IT WAS NOT FOUND ANY FAULT, they will do nothing about it. I took it back. NOW I really don’t know what to do with it. Last time I demanded money back or chantto some other brand. This brand is awful, or maybe I’ve got bad luck. Shame on you ALZA, I was your loyal customer, this is not a way to treat your customers. Anyways, I di NOT recommend this product at all.
