Even after a week and nearly a kilo of coffee thrown away, I was unable to set up the machine satisfactorily. The built-in assistant kept recommending me to set the coarsest grind (45) and even so, a single strainer (11g coffee) yielded about 10g of beverage in 30s (double strainer, 20g coffee, 30s, coarsest grind yields about 40g of beverage). I grind the same grains on other machines to less than half coarseness and everything is fine. I may have had bad luck with the wrong piece, but I've come across people on the internet with a similar problem. I returned the device.
