The camera received a much-needed upgrade, especially the new 50Mpx ultra-wide sensor, and the 200Mpx main camera is also significantly better. The Fold 8 is the first to get One UI 9 with Android 17, and it works perfectly. The only bitter pill to swallow with the Fold is the price – the year-on-year price increase (partly due to the situation in the memory market) is significant, and for a phone in this class, the lack of a charger in the box is also disappointing.
