We needed a refrigerator, the old one had already been taken away, it was hot outside and there was no time or desire to solve anything. Then I look to see that the rear plate is somehow detached - well, of course, the problem was immediately identified, half of the screws were loosened by a few turns. I took the screwdriver, tightened the screws, and the sheet rested against the refrigerator. The next day, when it was plugged in for the first time, the refrigerator showed a temperature of +9°C inside, and +23°C in the freezer. The actual temperature was, of course, +23 in the fridge and freezer. Temperatures gradually dropped on the display, the freezer at -18, the refrigerator at +5. At the moment when the display showed +5 in the refrigerator, the real temperature inside was +17! But even though later the set temperatures were already reached, the fridge kept cooling on and on and on. My thermometer in the fridge already showed +1 degree, but the display still showed +5. So I contacted Samsung support. They say it takes a while for the fridge to level up in this heat and I should be patient. Well, I was patient, the hours went on and on, the real temperature in the refrigerator had already dropped to -2°C, the food was starting to freeze, but the display cheerfully showed its favorite +5 and the refrigerator kept cooling. I couldn' t take it anymore and disconnected the refrigerator from the electrical network (with a circuit breaker, Houdíny was no longer available to pull it out of the wall). I let her rest for over two hours. After reconnecting to the mains, the display showed the temperatures of the refrigerator at 0°C, the freezer at -23°C. Finally, the compressor didn' t turn on anymore. Gradually, the temperature on the display rose to +5 in the refrigerator and -18 in the freezer, and the refrigerator has been cooling for a while, the compressor has been turned off for a while. Unfortunately, the refrigerator does not show the real temperature inside. The actual temperature in the refrigerator ranges from +2 to +8°C, but the magical (set) +5 always shines cheerfully on the display. Probably for the peace of mind of the user, who is stupid and cannot measure the real temperature inside other than by looking at the display of the refrigerator. The next chapter is the compressor. In the description of the refrigerator, there is how quiet it is, how it controls its speed to make it even quieter. This is not true at all, it turns on, off and drives at the same intensity, the revolutions do not change at all, the noise is still the same. And unfortunately the compressor growls much, much louder than the compressor on the 16 year old refrigerator. And I don' t understand why the fridge beeps 3 times before the compressor turns on. It' s just annoying! For comparison, we didn' t hear the old refrigerator near the TV, the new refrigerator makes noise near the TV! Don' t be mad at me, I wanted to pay extra for a quality product from a renowned Japanese brand, thinking that I would just connect the refrigerator, set it up, not even know it was running and not worry about anything else. But unfortunately they brought some unfinished Polish (made in Poland on the label), which I had to finish/repair at home myself, it' s a mess and it still doesn' t work properly as I expected. Big disappointment! I would prefer to return it, but how to transport it to Alza (we don' t have it the closest), what other one should I choose? I don't know. we need a fridge
