Out of the box, the bike is well adjusted, just put on the front wheel, handlebar, saddle and pedals, adjust the brake calipers so the pads don't pinch the discs and recheck all the bolts.
The only flaw on my bike was a misaligned shift boss and I had to relocate it to the correct hole in the bike frame.
For 16k a well equipped bike

The bike lived up to my expectations going from 26 to 29 inches. I appreciate the lightness compared to the previous bike. I'm not tackling any extremely challenging terrain, quite sufficient for normal road/woodland traffic. At the current price and with a bike rack, this is an exceptional offer.

Bicycle purchased for recreational riding, so far fully satisfies. Easy to assemble, I just had to adjust the brakes, but no problem. I consider the equipment to be fully sufficient for my purposes, components can be upgraded if needed, so I consider the bike to be a good base with a carbon frame. I only changed the pedals to aluminum.
