Careless pre-assembly (chain link not inserted, crank not tightened to axis, loose head assembly, brake disc rubbing against pads)
Any documentation is missing (Installation manual, User manual)
The extended warranty on the frame is only valid for regular paid servicing at an authorized service center
The supplied pedals are unusable (the left one can' t even turn the axis by hand), the claim is not recognized - they are basic construction and it' s normal!
The contracted bicycle service Alzou (kolofix.cz) is only available in large cities, especially regional ones. True - it is possible to partially disassemble the bike, return it to the box and send it to the SAVA service.
Slight vibrations when pedaling on different gears after driving approx. 100 km.
I DEFINITELY do not recommend the purchase to a customer who is ignorant and unable to perform service tasks on their own.
