Excellent weight for a very good price. It is practical (smaller, timer, 0.1g accuracy, physical buttons) and well-designed. Here, someone put some thought into the design.
Looks good, good quality. It certainly doesn' t look cheap.
Practical control. The timer units move forward quickly when the button is held, so you can set the timer very well, e. g. for a minute and a half. Excellent for making tea. The beeping is just right, not too loud so it' s not annoying.
It is possible to keep the minute running while the person is weighing, it is simply switched with a button.
Physical buttons! You don' t see that much anymore. Absolute sureness of grip. Perfect.
Basic, but quite ok display (white numbers on a dark background).
It switches off automatically after 2 minutes, fine when cooking, the quick switch-off really bothered me on the previous scale.
Decent accuracy (0.2g up to 200g weight, 2g for 0.2kg-1kg and 3g for 1-2kg), can weigh tea well.
A little smaller in size, but still sufficient for kitchen use, so I don' t need 2 kitchen scales.
Price for functionality.
Designed in the Czech Republic, calibrated to the gravity deviation for the Czech Republic. This is pretty cool, and I' m not sure if I' ve seen it on any other (almost all origo Chinese, rebranded, e. g. Siguro) scales.
It has a timer, not common in this price range.
They are a bit misleading that the accuracy is 0.1g, but in the manual in the specification it is 0.2g. But it' s still fine for general use. And at least they have the specified accuracy, not like other brands.
The accuracy of ~0.1g could be up to 1kg in order to use the " tare" function with a heavier teapot or mug and then weigh the tea.
The competition can use a larger range of weights (e. g. 3kg at Emos), 2kg may not be enough for someone in the kitchen. That' s enough for me.
The response of the scale is medium (approx. 0.5 to 1s), perfectly fine for normal use.
For people (baristas) who deal with the timing of coffee preparation in detail, this scale probably won' t suit them, because they don' t have a stopwatch, but for me, a " tea drinker", it' s ideal. They didn' t quite hit the target in sencor 🙂
Included in the barista scale section, people who don' t drink coffee will easily overlook this practical scale.
