Again a call to support, standing on crutches for 30 minutes in front of alzabox (a great experience when you can't walk well). Order cancelled again (money back promptly in the account - alza is great at this), ordered for the third time and guess what - wrong code. I don't have the strength to stand in the cold for half an hour in front of the alzabox again, I let the order be exspired. I randomly go to pick up another shipment (ppl - alzabox works perfectly) and try to open alzabox with this order and lo and behold - the mailbox opens and in it are three of these "products". I'm all excited to take it home. One was missing batteries. For the second one, the batteries didn't work. I put my enloops in and the machine starts. Unfortunately, it spins for about a minute, then dies. The second one won't spin at all. The third one works just fine, I'll keep that one. I'll take the other two to the alza tomorrow. All in all, this experience cost me about half a day of my time and 500 in burnt gas. Don't buy it, it's not worth it.
