The kettle came with a minor defect - in one part the plastic parts do not fit together. The controls are very annoying. In the case of a kettle with an ordinary on/off lever, one action is enough to operate the kettle. Here, you need to perform several actions to turn it on and off, and after returning the kettle to the stand, it also happens that it does not respond at the first time. So it starts to boil again and only manages to shut off on the third long press. The water starts boiling when the temperature indicator exceeds 90°C. At 92°C, when it boils completely, I turn it off manually. If I don't, the kettle boils like crazy for another minute! Long enough to raise the humidity in your home, who has dry air; ) I won't be returning it, but I would either buy one with different controls now, or a simple lever with no temperature selection. And also with higher performance. We don't use temperature maintenance at all. That it is hot in some places during use (as other reviewers mention) doesn't bother us.

The kettle was the only one that met all expectations. The goal was a kettle under 2 thousand, which could be used for both for cajare (greens, olongs, puerhs, etc.) and for coffee for the preparation of V60. At the same time, it needs to meet the 40 degree temperature for the baby to feed etc. It is the only one in this price that offers a 1 degree temperature stepping (by holding the button you can go even faster, no need to fiddle around, which I consider another big plus). Another advantage is the possibility to maintain the temperature, either with heating directly to the maintained temperature (e.g. from 0 to 63 degrees), or with boiling and then after cooling to the desired temperature and holding. (i.e. first 100 and then 63 and holding) Thanks to the double jacket, the temperature of the water in the kettle cools down much slower and you don't get burnt. So far I have nothing to complain about. Big thumbs up for me.
