Handy
Some capsules (e.g. Caffe Latte) are a millimetre larger, so they easily get stuck in the tray

I expected a little better quality.
Nice addition to the kitchen
Price
The carousel sometimes gets stuck
I had to manually extend one of the capsule feeders because the capsules wouldn't drop to the bottom

looks nice
the turning mechanism works well
enough capsules to fit in it
one "tunnel" is probably somehow crooked and doesn't allow the capsule to fall all the way down (I know I could claim the product, but given its price, I would invest more in a claim than the price of the product itself)

Sturdy, non-wobbling, easily rotatable
Capsules hold in the stand, do not fall out and can be easily removed from the bottom of the stand
Unnecessarily bulky stand shape. There are unnecessarily large gaps between columns. It could have been narrower overall.

Beautiful stand, but you have to be lucky to get a good piece.
I bought one, experience 5/5, the capsules just occasionally scrub a little.
After recommending it to others, I found out that I probably have a unicorn, everyone's capsules are failing (3 times I'm going to return it)
The company does not know how to produce the product to the right size and in bulk, the original dolce gusto capsules fail in at least 1 or even 3 columns
