For example, the instructions have a perfect diagram of the recommended layout of the dishes, including the cutlery in the drawer, but even if you listen to it, the cutlery tends to remain imperfectly washed in places, often even pulled out by something completely different that was not even in the dishwasher. (Tested with ECO and standard programs. ) The top basket only accommodates small cups and glasses, and has no spikes for attachment, just sort of protrusions for small, or rather miniature, plates. In practice, the bedding surfaces have only a slight slope, so that water remains on the bottoms of the cups or bowls for a long time. (I consider this a detail; having to swipe with a towel does not compare to standing at the sink for hours. ) The spines in the bottom basket are all the same, so they don't fit all types of glasses, plates, and pans. Yesterday, after a month of use, the dishwasher broke the first wine glass because of the impossibility of sufficient attachment and securing against movement. So be careful with fragile dishes, especially if they are not in the dishwasher alone and you can't safely lean them against each other.
