The description states for 16"–17". In reality, it is suitable for about 15" tyres, 17" tyres won't fit by a long shot, and with 16" it will be a very tight squeeze.

Bought for R15, R16. I've only tried it with the R15 and there's plenty of space for the R16.
The fabric is thin, I'm worried about how long it will last.
