Nice packaging, great music and settings. Unfortunately, it doesn't sit well on my ears, at least for me. I've tried everything. It's a pity, because as far as reproduction quality is concerned - they are probably the best I've had so far.

I've been using the headphones for a while now and so far I can't really complain, the sound in this price range is one of the best although it is more on the bass side than the neutral side, however there is no problem even with songs that are more on the highs and vocals. There is a very solid equalizer in the app where you can adjust everything to taste and bass boost or bass cut (Option to use the automatic test in the app to help with the selection when you are not sure). The only headphones that could qualify as better sounding in my opinion are Technics, and yet just more neutral sounding. The important thing is the Codec, Sony headphones on Android have LDAC which is excellent but with a fundamental connectivity problem, in a quiet environment and without movement there is no problem to listen through it, in motion, in a mobile in your pocket or other such cases it is quite possible that problems will occur, even more so if one does not have the best mobile in terms of connectivity or with one antenna. However, classic AAC is very solid and most people can't tell the difference. ( By default LDAC is disabled in the app, sometimes directly in the Bluetooth settings of the phone). In this case, the Iphone has nothing to worry about because it doesn't have LDAC. Battery life in my case holds great, but according to Sony's reputation, sometimes it happens that one handset starts to discharge faster, with this model it should not happen but it is good to take into account.
Sound - I didn't notice any noise, which one would expect from headphones in this price range, but even with headphones for 4000 CZK I encountered significant noise

Weaker ANC (sound cancellation) than I would have expected, it is such a 50/50 experience, due to the use of AI, the headphones would once be able to suppress even a hurricane, sometimes especially at lower volume can hear car traffic, in the vast majority of cases just turn off and on ANC
Foam earbuds, this is not entirely a negative but for many people these earbuds are bad. In my case no problem, for others there is always the option to buy classic silicone plugs. (Whether or not the earbuds fit you also affects the sound quality and ANC, you must try multiple sizes or buy different ones, there is a help test in the app for selecting earbuds
The only direct negative is probably the size of the headphones, the box itself isn't super big but the headphones are rather on the larger side and harder to pull out of the box.

I was switching from the WF-1000XM4, which I was extremely happy with. XM5 have better housing, sound according to neaudiofil comparable, durability also. I haven't found a setting to turn on the sound notification to toggle ambient mode, off and noise cancelling. Noise cancellation works worse - I tried all types of plug sizes.

twice I bought the headphones, I thought that the noise cancellation does not work and no it is really very weak here. the sound of my SoundCore liberty 2 pro is orders of magnitude better. have weak bass and connectivity issues, every 10 minutes the left earpiece momentarily shuts off. with regard to the price-this headphones disappointed me very much

I still have the WF-1000XM4, so I can compare. Considering I bought the headphones to wear outdoors, the disappointment of the crappy ANC is great. When listening in a room where the wind is not blowing and there is no other source of noise, there is nothing to fault the headphones. But then again, I don't need ANC there: -)
This really didn't go well for Sony, but maybe new firmware will come out that can still fix something.
The included foam end caps don't suit me (but that's my problem), I'll try replacing them with others.
