For active athletes do not stick in the ears. I wear them in the winter when I have a hat. Otherwise they fall out of your ears. I enjoy listening to them in peace. The sound is clear, the highs and bass are perfect. The ambient soundproofing is excellent from my perspective and experience. He almost suppresses a normal office call. I can't hear anything from the hallway anymore. This, I believe, for 3k, gives the possibility of acquiring excellent headphones.

I bought the headphones as a replacement for the WF-1000XM4, where the battery died after 4 years and the battery life dropped rapidly. I was worried about the lower range, but the XM5 seemed too expensive already and I'm perfectly happy. Compared to previous headphones, the sound is the same - nice bass. They're good to listen to, but they're not going to cut the music. They may be a bit quieter than the previous ones, but I really don't care if I set the volume on my phone to 4/10 or 6/10.
I like the size much better - they are a bit smaller and thanks to that they don't tend to fall out when eating or brushing my teeth. The button on the headphones is squishy and not touch sensitive, which I think is great too - I've had them switch unintentionally many times when operating them with wet hands or in wet environments.

Compared to headphones for a thousand, it's a step forward, but the big disappointment is the terrible binding when putting them on and at other times. However, the horrible beeping came in handy once - when I lost one of my headphones in bed and found it thanks to the beeping. It is practically impossible to use them reasonably for making phone calls. I wouldn't buy them again.
Pretty good battery life - but so have others
Ambient noise suppression works as well as ever. Sometimes great - for example, in the car it filters out the engine and the car radio. Other times, I can't tell if the function is on or not - the sound is still the same.
Decent sound when you just manage to put them on well so that one ear doesn't sound different than the other.
They don't hold anything much in my ears, no matter what silicone attachment I try, all I have to do is smile a few times, or eat something, and one earpiece will come loose.
When you put them in your ears, they squeak terribly, just like the right earphone sometimes squeaks terribly - you just need to touch a little bit outside the button and it squeaks in your ear. The same when I take the headphones off and put them on a table a few feet away from me.
They're not on the phone at all. The other side hears me badly and with an echo - and I still have to shout like Pepin from The Postcards.
I find the sleeve unnecessarily high - on the cap. Then the problem is making it fit in your pocket. The material could have been a bit better too - it looks like it's from a 3D printer and the plastic is slippery. It keeps slipping out of my hand.
The headphones have an app on my phone, but it is completely and utterly useless. The only thing that annoys me is that it plays music as soon as I turn on my headphones. Some kind of setting, for example, for the unusable phone call is from the realm of dreams and fantasy = it doesn't exist.

Do not buy these headphones. It' s a trap! Lots of great reviews, but the reality is different.
I guess I'm spoiled. I have the Jabra Elite 75t, but I often leave them somewhere and can't find them quickly, so I wanted to buy another headset for these cases. They fit quite well in the ears and don't bother there.
But you want to unpack the headphones and listen, not register several times somewhere, yuck.
Okay, they don't sound that nice, there's constant noise, but that's the worst part. it's just not charging. You leave them in a charged case overnight, take them out in the morning and two minutes later one handset is dead. like what?
If you don't have years to worry about things, choose a different headset instead.
