I have been using these elbow pads from Spokey for about 15 years. They may be smaller, but not for an 8 year old as some here claim. I'm about 80-85kg, athletic build and the fit is great. Firstly, they pull out a bit and secondly, if you have a problem with your elbow and you go to lift iron or do heavy work, you need to tighten your elbow properly. After a while, you start to feel like they could easily be smaller, or have a larger zipper area. When you buy a pair of heavy-duty field boots, you also have to step on them first before they fit.
