Yes, I use the dumbbells according to the instructions, reset them and keep them at room temperature. In three out of five cases, I lifted the first barbell not only with the set weight, but with at least one extra (unclipped) disc. In the other two cases, the weight was correct, but the set weight fell out. The whole experiment was repeated with the second barbell (I cleverly bought two of them). It does not gain unwanted weight, but in all five trials the weight was released from it during the exercise. Two stars, because it can be used very well to torment the neighbours below you

Even if the handle does not "click" when adjusting the weight, it clicks with the movement when lifting the dumbbell and then it can no longer be rotated during the exercise, so the disc does not fall out and you do not have to worry about injury. Nevertheless, to ensure 100% safety, we recommend lifting the dumbbell only after the handle has been clearly clicked in place as indicated in the manual.
