One shaft arrived with the wrong nuts. My money was refunded (almost immediately) and I ordered a new one. The nuts were complete, but probably not pressed in properly so they keep loosening (reason I don't know 100% on the other one fits without much problem). The shaft itself is very high quality and allows for a very comfortable grip. But without the nuts, it's pretty useless. I purchased 3 (6 nuts) in total: 1 nut without gasket, one with a crack (bigger crack inside), 2 are twisted during use and 2 work as they should (sometimes they need to be tightened but there is no need to worry about them loosening completely). I'm still trying (other nuts), but I may very well be returning/recycling.
