The quality is terrible, the screw holes are completely out of place. The shower head has a hole in the bottom, the plastic doesn't stick. The paintwork is also terrible, with parts of the black plastic showing through from underneath as little paint was used. If I didn't need the shower, I'd return it immediately. I haven't seen a product like this in a long time. I would expect such quality from Aliexpress.
