The first steamer from Sencor didn' t work, it was my stupidity that I didn' t try it as soon as it arrived, but only after a month, so I took it for a claim and am waiting. I say I' d rather order another new one and I chose this one, well, it came used but at least it works (for now). But the fact that they send a used item for the price of a new one made me quite angry I' m getting quite disillusioned with this e-shop
