I was happy to keep the original iron after my experience with this one. I used to get annoyed with this one when I ironed anything. I returned it after 5 ironings. It hardly steams at all and takes an awful long time to iron. Towels or sturdier fabrics don't iron hardly at all

Don't buy if you care about the look of your clothes - buy a manually adjustable iron instead. After more than a year of use and doubting whether the fault was in me or in the iron, it ruined my favorite pants, even though I tried my best to protect them (set to minimum power - "eco", continuous use of steam, quick careful strokes).

Large opening for filling with water
It destroys clothes: even with the most careful ironing, it burns the clothes - it cakes the edges and makes light spots on dark colours
The "smart" automation has too high a temperature and destroys the colours
"Smart Protect Plus" is a mockery
The sprinklers broke after a year
