I bought the LED tubes as a replacement for old fluorescent tubes. Compared to them they have lower consumption, they light more, they don't blink and they light up immediately.
However, the product description lacks the essential information that it is necessary to intervene in the wiring of the luminaire - the power supply is only from one side of the tube and it is necessary to disconnect the starter and ballast.
