An embarrassing experience so far. Yesterday I unpacked the JumpSurge3000 variant and charged it through the included charger. Overnight, the capacity did not get above 50% charge. It's not able to charge my MacBook air via USB-C to USB-C cable. First disappointment, I really didn't expect this. It's not able to charge my iPhone 15 via the same cable, the phone display shows "accessory using too much power" and charging won't turn on. I am now trying to "charge" this device to 100% - it seems that the only functional charging is via my MacBook, which is able to send enough juice to the device to charge it above 50%. The device's flashlight can't turn on by itself. Something has to be connected to the device (mobile, whatever) or the ignition will not turn on by itself "empty". Which sucks, right? If I need a flashlight, I have to connect my cell phone to it and then run around the car with a battery starter with a cell phone floating on the cord? I didn't expect this for five thousand crowns. I read the whole manual, I didn't find that I did anything wrong. I would be happy if someone from Alza support could contact me and explain what is wrong: - the supplied charger does not charge it above 50% overnight (it's now 11:00 and still flashing 50% charge and it doesn't go higher). - the torch cannot be switched on without connecting another device to the power supply - it is not able to charge either a mobile phone or a laptop!
