I am extremely satisfied with the buoy. I've already swum a few miles with her. It's light, so I don't know about it at all, and I've turned around a few times to see if I even have it. It's great for relaxing. Fortunately, I haven't had to use it for rescue yet. And even if it's not designed to be saved, I believe it would help. The buoy contains two separate air pockets, so even if one bursts, the other will hold securely. Between them there is space for your phone, wallet, etc. If you put a phone in there and then inflate it, I don't think water will get in. However, if I inflate it first and then insert the phone, water always gets in (I have a waterproof phone, so I tested it without any worries). The buoy attaches to the waist and has two handles. The end must be wrapped and switched on before inflating. Inflating can be done through the "frog" on other inflatable things to the water.

It works well, could fit a lot of stuff inside (tried with cell phone, documents and keys, but could definitely handle more stackable clothes and a smaller dryer), held up when holding and lying down, just tried to have the opening up over the water. It sealed more or less well, a little water got in, but maybe when opening (it gets into the folds of the roll-up - it closes like a rolling backpack). The straps aren't very comfortable, they are quite stiff and don't hold on to the swimsuit so they scratch the skin sometimes, but the buoy is light so it's more for some on the spot movements than swimming.
