Until the baby monitor started losing signal, it was great. We had no reservations. But after less than a couple of months of using the camera and monitor, the signal between them started to fade and the image would freeze or not load at all. We didn't want to use the app at home and not use the monitor, we would have just gotten a different camera for less money.

We chose this baby monitor because we have twins and needed a swivel camera. At the same time, we wanted the parent unit to work without the need to have the camera connected to wifi, which this product does very well. The range is really incredible even through several walls in the old cottage. The sound is always transmitted and if you have the crying alert on as well, it starts beeping, which can be heard very well. The option to mute the baby monitor completely and then have only the alarm on is great too. You can also connect the camera to wifi at home or elsewhere and then you can watch the video and audio on your mobile and you don't need a parental unit. The camera does not have a built-in battery. We have the camera connected to a 30000 mAh power bank and it lasts for several days both during the day and in the evening. Great for travelling. I recommend to buy a holder for the camera, so that it can be wrapped around things or hanged. For example, put the carriage outside and wrap the camera around the handle and you can see and hear everything.: ) We had a chance to compare it with the Philips, which does not have a rotating camera, and the difference is minimal. With Philips, the sound quality is a bit better (but you can tell when the baby is crying anyway: D) and maybe a slightly better treatment of the parental unit. After almost a year of use, we are very happy with the unit and if we had to choose again, this would be the obvious choice.
