i bought this specifically because it was supposed to connect to an app on the iPhone, which it does. But, the fact that it doesn't exchange data with Apple Health means I end up having to type data results to the Apple Health app manually. For that reason I don't recommend if want full connectivity. I won't speculate why Apple doesn't have an option to allow data exchange with the TrueLife App.

The oximeter is working as it should. The manufacturer is a medical technology company, not a complete noname. However, the problem is registration in the JUMPER Health app. You enter the mail, the 60-second countdown starts. However, the registration code will take up to half an hour to arrive, and it will go to spam. Be patient, the code is valid for 2 hours, so don't close the app until the code arrives. Then everything works. I spent 2 hours of trying and being annoyed at the "non-functionality" before I understood that the code didn't need to be entered within 60s. It's not mentioned much anywhere, but the current version of the app can record continuously, but you have to logically enable the Photos and Videos permission, which is access to the files on the "disk". I haven't tried how long the record might be. Otherwise, you only need to agree the permissions of the Devices in the vicinity for BT pairing. No other authorisations are required. For me, prolonged (an hour or more) use of ANY oximeter causes subsequent allergic itching of the finger in question lasting at least a day. Probably caused by the rubber used everywhere. But it can be individual.

Longer distance monitoring is possible thanks to a mobile app. I can leave the oximeter on my grandmother's finger and go into another room and still have an overview of the readings.
