While it probably doesn't measure % fat very accurately, it will at least show a longer term trend and you can work from there
% fat does not measure very accurately in my opinion, 10% difference compared to inBody measurement, but at least it will show a longer term trend (for a more accurate measurement you probably need a more expensive scale)
I find it a bit small, I have a 43 foot and my whole foot doesn't fit on the scale, the toes stick out a bit
