I took it for a test as a reduction from TV to 3.5mm Jack to RCA and it to the streamer Wiim Pro Plus but when you turn off the TV the reduction starts to noise unpleasantly at quite high volume, which is unbearable with column speakers. I will definitely be back.

I use my Nintendo Switch with a monitor without speakers, and plugging the cable in directly felt like an unnecessary disruption to the elegant "plug and go" solution. The choice fell on this adapter mainly because of its size (and the subtle mention of compatibility in the depths of the internet), with the expectation that it could fit inside the docking station - and it does. When putting the console to sleep, it makes a few small noises, otherwise I haven't found any faults with it (yet).
