Calibration requires patience and following the English instructions. There is an incorrect and insufficient translation in the Czech version. I personally use it for walking at 5,5-6,5 km/h., at this speed the belt and handle are stable and pleasant to use. At higher speeds, the handle is quite shaky when running without holding on and overall the belt seems a bit wobbly - but it's a walking belt not a treadmill, so OK for me: )
