I was looking for a backpack that I can take into the cabin of a low-cost plane and at the same time go on a day trip with at the destination, i. e. that it would be comfortable even when worn for a long time and that it would have enough pockets for drinks and small things (you need a zipper for them) . Personally, I found the backpack to be the most comfortable, but the internal organization, when it was saved on any zipped pockets, is sad. One side pocket for a bottle is quite small, even a pint will fall out of it if you handle it a little carelessly, after a while the fabric will pull out and won' t hold anything there.

the manufacturer includes a leaflet where he writes about a 5-year warranty (but Alza does not write anything about it)
the width of the back straps and their padding is excellent, the backpack is very comfortable even for longer wear and the back ventilation is also not missing
dimensions that almost correspond to the requirements of low-cost airlines
poor internal organization, missing any zip pocket inside, would like at least two for small items
there is no chest strap for more comfortable longer wear or when the backpack is half-empty so that it does not fall
the side bottle pocket is not deep enough, bottles fall out
