I bought it despite some negative comments (even with the questions section) and I do not regret it.
Anyway, I have not verified with another device, but the numbers that come out of it do not seem unrealistic to me. I would like to refute one false review:
“doesn' t work properly, he needs to log in to WiFi in every new place, unsuitable for traveling, Bluetooth is not enough for him. “- that is nonsense. the first time you start, you can choose between WiFi and Bluetooth. I chose Bluetooth and it measures even without a current bluetooth connection (it just doesn' t save data, of course)

readings seem accurate (compared to Omron IT7)
small size and storage
a rechargeable battery is used (I would prefer replaceable pencil batteries)
attachment to the arm is more challenging compared to Omron - it slips and rotates a bit (no holding pen)
inflation takes a little longer, after a while it sounds like the compressor is running out of breath, although this does not seem to affect the function
