I've really fallen for it now. I wanted to extend the existing WiFi from the Xiaomi 5G modem, which according to the manual supports MESH networks, but I just wasted money. I've been fussing with it for an hour now, and it's not even working as a secondary network - I can't see it. I set, try, reset, repeat. It's just not a brand I can trust.
Connection via cable only - does not allow connection to existing wifi.
The settings are always in Chinese or the text translations are missing altogether, even when I have English set to English.
Apart from the included universal little booklet, there are no instructions - not even from the manufacturer.
Neither setting up with the app nor adding a set device to the app works.

I was replacing the wifi from a Vodafone modem and an older TP Link router. Wifi 6 has increased speeds significantly.
5GHz slightly over 900Mbit/s within the room, Over one wall about 400Mbit/s
2.4GHz almost everywhere in the apartment does not go below 100Mbit/s
Very trivial initial setup - logging in to the wifi network and then clicking through the wizard.

Price less than 3 thousand
If the second box is connected to the first one with a UTP cable, there is no need to set up anything at all, it is configured automatically.
No more advanced features
When roaming there was a tendency to connect to 2.4GHz instead of 5GHz, solved by separating the SID for 2.4 and 5GHz
