I recommend the balance bike, but for children aged at least 2.5 years and at least 90cm tall. For smaller children, buy a smaller and lighter one from a competitor.
Quality.
Nice.
Min seat height approx. 31.5cm, not 30 as stated by the manufacturer.
Too heavy for a 2-year-old.

light
suitable for small children, the saddle can be adjusted really low
brake adjustment, which is unnecessary for small children (they do not squeeze it)

can be easily assembled
light
saddle can be adjusted very low -> suitable for really small children
bigger and heavier compared to "plastic" bouncers, it may not suit everyone, it's really more of a bike style
