I purchased this stabilizer mainly because it is fully compatible with the Sony Alpha 6400 according to the manufacturer. I was happy with the product until I started using it in a setup with an external microphone. At first I thought the problem was in the Rollei microphone, which I also bought here in Alza. So I borrowed two different Rode microphones from a professional videographer. One active, and the other passive. In all three cases in the Sony Alpha 6400 + Crane M2 + external microphone setup, a distinct whistling can be heard in the video. Videos for comparison here: 1. I wrote in the initial description to the complaint that I have them available. Nothing happened in the alza for a month, the status of the complaint was "in solution". So yesterday, 4.1.2022, I called them to tell them what was going on. I was told that since I was buying the goods for my company, the 30-day period does not apply to the claim. What's more, they told me that the claim was rejected because the defect was not evident. So I told the operator that I would supply them with the aforementioned videos. He sent me an email to which I replied by sending the above links. I only got a reply saying that the claim was rejected - no one bothered to watch the videos. So I replied to them once again that if they had watched the videos, and that I could possibly demonstrate the problem to someone at the branch, if it hadn't manifested itself in the service. This morning I just got a reply that I should come to the Kosice branch to get the goods. Thank you very much for such treatment.
