It does double duty very well even in a household without children: a) protection of the wall against the impact of the door handle when the door is opened to its maximum by basically any force, b) effective door locking during ventilation. The draught won't slam the door anymore.

A universal design that will suit the vast majority of doors.

The material is elastic enough so that it does not destroy the door - here at least with reasonable use. I don't know yet how long the material will be as elastic as new.

This door stop does not stick to the floor (there is no double-sided tape in the package for this purpose) and therefore it is possible to lock the door in any position between the wall and the door frame and it is also possible to lift the door stop during cleaning so that it does not interfere with vacuuming or mopping.

The stop does not have a sufficient anti-slip layer on the bottom (some nano surface would be nice) to reliably hold the stop in place on the floor even when closing the door. When the door is latched with the doorstop more strongly t. j. more on the stop, the stop tends to slide on the floor behind the closing door. To me, it's a cosmetic flaw. It can probably be solved by gluing the door stop to the floor (for example with double-sided tape), or by locking the door more sensitively.
