Néhány hete vettem egy Sencor Mini telefont, melyet azóta sem tudok használni. Az vele a problémám, hogy nem enged semmiféle hívást indítani, mert mindenre azt írja ki, hogy „csak rögzített szám tárcsázása”. Átnéztem az összes lehetséges beállítást, letöltöttem a netről a használati útmutatót, de nem jutottam előrébb. A készüléket visszavittem a forgalmazóhoz, aki készségesen kicserélte, de az újjal pontosan ugyanaz a helyzet, mint a régivel. Természetesen jártam a szolgáltatónál is, ahol azt mondták, a SIM-kártya rendben van, a szolgáltatás él (erre utal az is, hogy hívásokat fogadni tudok). Őszintén szólva, nem tudom, mit kell itt érteni „rögzített szám’-on (pl. a telefonkönyvbe „rögzített” számokat sem hívja). Kérem, ha valaki tud segíteni, írja meg, mi a megoldás! János
