Neutral, 280 g, 10 servings
KetoMix protein porridge is suitable not only for those who follow the ketone diet. You can include it in your diet from the first phase of the KetoMix diet, fully replacing up to 5 daily meals.
Porridge is also great when you don't have time to prepare lunch, dinner or snack, because you can make it in a minute. In 100 g there are 54g of protein and 13g of fibre. It is also suitable for coeliacs as it is gluten-free and glutamate-free. The KetoMix porridge is unflavoured on its own, but you just mix it with the flavouring that comes in the pack.

Preparation and dosing
Mix 1 scoop (28 g) with 170-200 ml of water. Stir well, ideally in a shaker. You can also add 1 teaspoon of flavour.
