LIFEFIT CT7200

The LIFEFIT CT7200 Elliptical Trainer offers 32 resistance levels with 16 pre-set programmes, allowing you to tailor your workout precisely to your needs and fitness level. It is equipped with an LCD display, which is designed to hold your phone or tablet and a drinks bottle. It also displays real-time information about your workout time, speed, distance, calories burned, power and heart rate. The trainer is made of high-quality materials and has a weight capacity of up to 150kg. Despite its 50kg weight, you can easily move it using the two transport wheels. The trainer automatically recognises the load and, thanks to the HRC programme, it will decrease or increase it to ensure you exercise at your ideal heart rate. However, if you want to exercise at a set power level, simply switch to the WATT function and the machine will increase the resistance if you are pedalling at a slower pace. Once you have finished your workout, you can check your recovery rate using the RECOVERY programme.
