The coconut is a type of fruit that grows in tropical zones around the world. Coconut chips are obtained from the flesh of sun-dried coconuts, which is called "copra" when dried. They are then lightly baked and flavoured with coconut nectar and high quality cocoa powder with a pinch of sea salt. The result is a delicious sweet taste. The flesh of the coconut is full of vegetable fats and fibre and is neither gluten nor lactose free.
