The WD Gold 10TB hard drive belongs among the high load internal HDDs for NAS and ordinary data centres. The 3.5" format is designed primarily for desktop PCs, data centres, and other data-processing devices. One of the most important parameters is clearly the number of revolutions per minute (RPM). The 7200 RPM RPM delivers improved system performance and faster data transfer. You can look forward to a total data capacity of 10000 GB. The drive uses a 256 MB memory cache. The data transfer between the Western Digital hard drive and the PC or other devices is facilitated via the SATA III interface.
