The Yamaha A-S201 stereo amplifier is an affordable, high-power audio system with up to 2 x 100W and the possibility to connect two pairs of speakers. The amplifier with a simple, elegant aluminium panel has a timeless vibe, so it may become the heart of your hi-fi system for many years to come.
Besides its high performance, the amplifier offers the Pure Direct function, which shortens the signal path and provides a clearer sound. The sound quality is also affected by the placement of the power transformer, which is close to the power amplifier circuit. This results in a fuller and clearer sound. The amplifier has an advanced power management that enables automatic shutdown when the amplifier is idle.
The Yamaha A-S201 amplifier has one MM phono input for connecting to a gramophone, and other four inputs for various audio devices. The device's large, screw-type speaker terminals enable a firm connection to the speakers via quality cables with a larger diameter.
