The Zyxel NWA1123-AC v2 is a high-end access point with 802.11ac technology. This PoE device controlled by SNMP has optimised antennas and a small and unobtrusive design that makes it great for installing on a ceiling for maximum performance. In addition, it offers several modes, such as a wireless client or repeater that makes it perfect for use in smaller companies, hotels or schools.
Built-in antennas and a ceiling mount are ideal for easy operation without signal interference. Compared to conventional devices that are large and unsightly with protruding antennas, you will barely notice the ZyXEL NWA1123-AC on the ceiling. You do not have to hide it, because its shape and design make it look as inconspicuous as a smoke detector so you can place it anywhere in the interior of your home. You can always find space on the ceiling to mount it.
The ZyXEL Access Point is compatible with 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi. It easily matches the needs of users with devices using different bands. Therefore, there is no shortage of capacity for your broadband devices, as with older access points. IEEE 802.11ac technology, including the 80MHz channel extension and the highest 256 quadrature amplitude modulation (QAM), offers up to 3 times faster data transmission.
For optimal performance, the Zyxel NWA1123-AC v2 is equipped with an enhanced antenna module, signal amplifiers and components to ensure the quietest operation of the device.
ZyXEL ONE Network Utility lets you quickly set up your network. Smart Connect enables ZyXEL network components to recognise and communicate with each other. It also greatly simplifies the setup and maintenance of all the features with remote management, and you will achieve most tasks in just a few clicks.
Zyxel NWA1123-AC v2 also offers repeater mode so that the Access Point extends the range of the wireless signal and eliminates the need to use extra cabling. Additional features include multiple SSIDs and WPA2 Enterprise class security.
