AlzaCafé Brazil Cerrado specialty coffee comes from the Sul de Minas region, in the Cerrado area, where savannas characterized by a distinctive climate and soil are located. Combined with an altitude of 750 to 1,100 meters above sea level, a warm and dry climate, and rich soil, this area provides ideal conditions for growing high-quality beans with a distinctive flavour and aroma. After harvesting, the coffee is processed using the pulped natural method typical of Brasil, which gives it its characteristic flavour and aroma.
AlzaCafé Brazil Cerrado has a balanced flavour and low acidity
A carefully selected combination of Mundo Novo, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties creates a perfectly balanced coffee with a full body, low acidity, and chocolate-nutty tones, primarily intended for espresso. It is suitable for both lever and fully automatic coffee machines and is ideal for milk-based recipes such as cappuccino or café latte. However, the coffee is also suitable for alternative preparation methods such as French press, aeropress or cold brew, especially for those who prefer less acidic coffees.
