You can manage your membership at any time or cancel it for the following month or - in the case of an annual subscription, for the following year - at any time in the My AlzaPlus+ section of the customer profile.
You may also receive an AlzaPlus+ membership as a "gift" from us (e.g. as part of a promotion or as a compensation), we will always provide you with details in the conditions of the promotion, so please check the communication canals. To utilize the exclusive discounts, you must place your order via our mobile app.

AlzaPlus+ is a subscription-based customer program: its members get free shipping for their purchases
to Alzaboxes,
branch stores,
parcel pick-up points and parcel automats
(Packeta, Foxpost, PostaPont). There is no limit to the number of purchases you can make as part of the subscription, so you can easily make purchases every day without paying any shipping fees.

Free shipping applies to the entire range of products you can buy on Alza.hu. For
XXL products, we will deliver 1 XXL product free of charge.

With AlzaPlus+, you can have your orders sent free of charge

You can purchase your subscription by clicking
here, or you are able to activate it in the shopping cart when selecting your shipping options. You are entitled to free shipping immediately after you pay for the subscription (if you buy the subscription by putting it in the shopping cart along with another product, you already get free shipping for this purchase). If you buy from our website or app, it is a prerequisite to have a personal Alza account for the membership. You can also activate your AlzaPlus+ membership at our branch by paying with cash or credit card.

There are two subscription options: HUF 500 per month (with an annual payment of HUF 5 990) and a 1-month subscription for HUF 1 490. Membership is valid for 365 or 30 days from the date of purchase. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the month or at the end of the year if you pay by credit card. The cardholder and the registered person must be the same in order to be an AlzaPlus+ member.

We do not offer a free trial, although you can activate the 1-month subscription for the price of HUF 1 490. So if you make more than two purchases that month, your free shipping subscription has already paid for itself.

Membership is automatically renewed if you paid the membership fee by credit card - whether you activate your membership in the online store, through the app or at the branch. If you activate your AlzaPlus+ membership at the branch with a cash payment, or if you activate a voucher provided by Alza, the membership will not automatically renew. However, you don't have to worry - we will keep you informed by email in a timely and recurring way before your membership expires. This way, you can constantly monitor whether you want to continue to benefit from free delivery or if you want to deactivate the service - you can do this at any time. However, the deactivation will only be valid for the next month or year.

You can cancel your AlzaPlus+ membership after logging into your account. This way, the plan will not renew automatically, but will expire after the paid period (e.g. if the membership was paid on 1st of April and you cancel on 20th of April, you can still benefit from the free delivery until the 30th of April. From the 1st of May, you pay the standard delivery fee). If you cancel the annual membership, the membership fee for the given year will not be refunded.

As AlzaPlus+ is a service, under Hungarian law the right of withdrawal is replaced by the right to terminate the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from signing of the contract or the automatic renewal of the subscription. Because you can start benefiting from AlzaPlus+ as soon as you activate the service, we are going to deduct the proportionate share of the service fee for the period in which you exercise this right of withdrawal.

Yes, you can also benefit from AlzaPlus+ as a business. We do not offer VAT-free shopping to our business customers.

Discounts are announced to AlzaPlus+ members via multiple communication channels, so if you can, please subscribe to the newsletters, marketing text messages and enable the push notifications to receive the discount news as soon as possible. We offer discounts occasionally, and we want to make them really worth your while.
