The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 420 Pro water cooler is a complete, all-in-one set that efficiently dissipates heat from processors on Intel 1700, 1851 and AMD AM4, AM5 sockets. Its core is a 420mm radiator fitted with three 140mm P14 Pro fans, which operate in a range of 400 to 2500rpm. A PWM-controllable pump circulates the liquid at speeds from 800 to 2800rpm, and its block is complemented by an integrated fan to cool the motherboard's power delivery system. The package also includes high-performance ARCTIC MX-6 thermal paste to enhance heat transfer to the cooler's base.

Water cooling performance
The foundation of the cooling performance is a 38mm-thick radiator, which offers a larger liquid volume and a greater surface area for heat dissipation compared to standard solutions. This design effectively absorbs sudden temperature spikes under load. Three P14 Pro fans with high static pressure and fluid dynamic bearings provide airflow. The pump operates within a controllable speed range of 800 to 2800rpm.
Innovative design for heat transfer
The cooler uses specific mounting solutions for both Intel and AMD sockets. For AMD processors, it uses an offset mount that focuses performance directly on the chip's hotspot. For Intel sockets, a special contact frame prevents processor deformation and improves contact with the cooling surface. Additionally, a PWM fan is located directly on the pump block, which actively cools the motherboard's power delivery system and promotes system stability.
Simple cooler installation
The manufacturer has simplified the installation process and cable management. All fan cables are integrated into the tube sleeving, from where they lead to the pump block. The system therefore requires only a single cable to be connected to the motherboard for synchronised control of all components. Alternatively, you can use the included splitter cable to control the pump, VRM fan, and radiator fans independently.
