Dietary supplement with omega-3 fatty acids. The basis of this dietary supplement is quality fish oil from sardines. In a daily dose (2 capsules), the dietary supplement contains 440 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 660 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which contribute to normal heart function (a beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. DHA is also involved in the proper development of the brain and eyes of the fetus in the body of the mother and infants nourished by breast milk (a beneficial effect is achieved with an intake of 200 mg of DHA per day in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, i.e. 250 mg of DHA and EPA).
