Cafédirect Machu Picchu instant coffee offers you a rich taste experience with tones of dark chocolate and nuts. It is gently freeze-dried, so it retains all its aroma and flavour.
Cafédirect Machu Picchu instant coffee
Thanks to this gentle process, instant freeze-dried coffee retains its rich aroma and full flavour. The coffee concentrate is first frozen to -40 °C, turning the water into ice. Sublimation then takes place - the water evaporates in a vacuum without melting, preserving valuable flavours and aromas. This process is more demanding and expensive, but the result is completely dry and lightweight instant coffee crystals made from coffee concentrate. Thanks to the freeze-drying method (from Eng. "Freeze drying) the coffee retains all its aroma and flavour and is much tastier than other methods (e.g. heat drying).
Ingredients
100% Arabica.
Preparation
Pour the instant coffee into a cup and pour freshly boiled water over it. Can be flavored with milk or sugar to taste.
Storage
Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25 °C away from direct sunlight. Protect from frost.
